The full capacity of Under the Linden is 305. However, only 250 tickets only will be sold, all of them in advance and for the entire festival. Given the nature and location of the event, there are no day  or weekend tickets available.

The tickets will be sold internationally and will include complete provision of the event.

Included...
This includes hotel accommodation, all meals (drinks are individually purchased), bus transfer to and from the hotel (where necessary) and the rail link, access to all events and screenings, the opening reception, the Czech traditional feast and a copy of the event brochure, a fully illustrated and exclusive edition of Artesian, produced by Go Together Press (London / Prague).

Not included...
The ticket price will not include travel to and from the Czech Republic, train travel to and from Kamenice (very cheap) and any accommodation in Prague (it is expected that you will need to spend one night in Prague, on the 19th August, to make the connections with the train to Under the Linden the following morning.) The festival finishes on the evening of the 24th August, with guests departing on the morning of the 25th. We do not advise you book any return travel from Prague home for any earlier than the afternoon of the 25th.

The festival is not supported by any subsidy, beyond the provision of two small grants from Metrostav and Stink, for which many thanks indeed. It is funded and made possible by ticket sales alone. You, the audience, will make the event happen.

Two ticket prices
There are two ticket prices. Each reflects the relative costs of different hotel accommodation. The higher price category offers rooms with ensuite bathrooms. In the second price category, bathrooms are normally shared between two rooms or similar. All rooms come with normal expected amenities and with breakfast. There are a finite number of rooms in each category, and both are spread evenly in and out of Kamenice.

There are no longer single rooms available.
If you are not prepared to share you will have to pay a modest single room supplement, payable on arrival at the event.
Rooms with 3-4 beds are available. (ideal for families; however if you require your children to have a separate room, you will need to pay for an extra room)

First-come, first-served
Due to the large number of guests, we have a number of hotels in and out of Kamenice nad Lipou. Allocations to hotels will happen on a first-come, first served basis. Those staying outside the town will be collected and returned to their hotel each day by bus. This journey is no more than 25 minutes one way.

Hotel bookings cannot be made separately from purchase of the event ticket.

Meals
Lunches and dinners will be provided by Under the Linden at Kamenice restaurants. Lunches will be light and dinners (with daily menu changes) will offer meat, fish and vegetarian options. In addition, Kamenice has a number of small cafes, shops and a supermarket for further purchases.

Children
Children of paying guests attend free. Please notify us when booking of any children coming and their ages. The programme is suitable for children to view but a free crèche will be provided. We can provide information on activities locally of interest to children when booking.

The festival is unfortunately not yet completely wheelchair-accessible. Please enquire when booking concerning disability access and also regarding hearing loops in the cinema if required.
